Who we are
LogLyn helps federal-goods resellers identify public RFQs and obtain written supplier prices and lead times within a customer-authorized sourcing round. Customers decide pricing, verify the materials, and make submissions. Customers may share only the information agreed for that work. Customers control their bids and compliance decisions. Supplier contact requires authorization for a specific sourcing round under the Terms. LogLyn does not submit government bids, make professional decisions or hold customer funds; Stripe processes subscription payments.

Data we collect
We collect two categories of data:
Contact data
When you use the public Contact form, we collect your name, work email, company and message. We also record a request identifier, submission time, delivery state, and limited security metadata, including a keyed network-address-derived hash and rate-limit counters. It is used to respond to the inquiry and, if applicable, discuss a sourcing round. Do not put invoices, account records, credentials, bank details, or customer data in the public inquiry form.
Round data
If a sourcing round proceeds, LogLyn may receive the records and supporting documents identified in the written scope. For separately agreed quote-preparation work, information may include permitted solicitation and award records and supplier information the customer authorizes for that round. Do not send passwords, restricted technical data or records you lack permission to share. If records from an earlier round are held, including invoices, purchase orders, delivery or acceptance records, remittances, deduction notices or correspondence, their agreed handling terms and applicable obligations continue to apply. Operational files are transferred only after a transfer method and handling terms are confirmed; the public inquiry form is not an round-file intake channel.
How we use your data
Contact data is used to respond to inquiries, discuss scope, administer a relationship, and protect the website and communications. Round data is used to perform, support and deliver the separately agreed work.
LogLyn does not sell round files or use them for advertising. Any materially different use must be disclosed and agreed in writing.
Retention
Handling and retention terms for any separately agreed round are confirmed before files move. You may ask for those terms before files move and may request deletion, subject to applicable legal, security, backup, or recordkeeping obligations.
Website inquiries and delivery records are stored until they are reviewed for deletion; the website does not automatically delete them on a fixed schedule. Information is retained as reasonably needed to respond, support the agreed work, protect the service and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion using the contact address below. Requests are reviewed before records are removed, and applicable legal, security, recordkeeping and backup exceptions may limit deletion.
Sharing and subprocessors
Stripe processes subscription checkout and billing information under its privacy terms. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes public inquiry information in D1 storage. Google processes the inquiry notification sent through the Gmail API to LogLyn’s controlled inbox. The public Contact form does not accept file uploads or automatically send inquiry information to an AI model provider. Any separately enabled file-transfer or round-processing arrangement must be confirmed before files move. LogLyn does not sell personal information or round files. Service providers may process information only as needed for website hosting, communications, file transfer, operational support, or delivery of the agreed work. You may request current handling details before round files move.
Cookies and analytics
LogLyn does not use information submitted through the site for targeted advertising. The current public site has no enabled analytics or advertising-tracking scripts. Technical request and security information may be processed to operate and protect the website. This policy will be updated if those practices change materially.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information LogLyn holds about you. Email the address below so the request can be reviewed and verified.
Requests concerning round files are also governed by these Terms, intake instructions, and any applicable legal, security, backup, or recordkeeping obligations.
Customer-uploaded third-party data
Files you share may contain information about customers, counterparties, or other third parties. You are responsible for having authority to share that information. LogLyn uses it only as needed for the agreed work and related operational support, and contacts suppliers only within a specifically authorized sourcing round.
Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above records the latest text revision. Questions are welcome at the contact email below.
