Governing agreements
These Terms are the agreement between you and LogLyn. Subscribing on loglyn.com accepts them.
Scope of work
For each agreed sourcing round, LogLyn helps federal-goods resellers identify public RFQs and obtain written supplier prices and lead times within a customer-authorized sourcing round. We return an auditable quote and status sheet, including incomplete quotes, no-bids and nonresponses. The customer sets bid prices, decides eligibility and compliance, certifies and submits its own bid. Work outside the agreed scope requires separate agreement.
Customer control and responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and lawful sharing of its records. Signup, payment and a free-list request do not authorize supplier outreach. After agreeing the scope and communication preferences, replying “3” in an identifiable RFQ email or intentionally choosing “Start sourcing” authorizes only that specific round. We acknowledge the RFQ and permitted supplier-contact scope; ambiguous requests are held for clarification. A passive link preview or automated scan is not authorization. We cc you on supplier emails, log calls on your sheet and forward permitted portal confirmations. We do not sign, certify or submit government bids for you.
Monthly plans and cancellation
Starter is $99/month for up to 5 sourcing rounds, Standard is $249/month for up to 10, and Volume is $499/month for up to 20. A subscription renews monthly until canceled. Request cancellation at the contact address below before renewal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Unused rounds expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. Free-list requests include no paid sourcing rounds. Stripe processes subscription payments; LogLyn does not receive your full card details.
Founding-rate allocation is limited to the first 20 paying customers and tracked manually. There is no automatic slot counter or Stripe-enforced first-20 cap. Confirm allocation and your rate before subscribing. Rates apply to the subscribed billing period; any proposed later rate change is communicated before renewal so you can cancel. Existing signed customer contracts, including historical pricing, remain unchanged.
Eligible sourcing rounds and round credits
An eligible round covers one identified, open RFQ whose permitted sources, ordinary business information and remaining time allow the agreed sourcing work. We confirm eligibility and scope before acknowledgment. Restricted or controlled work, sole-source or approved-source limitations, rush deadlines and material changes require an explicit scope decision; they are not silently treated as ordinary eligible rounds. We do not promise two sources where solicitation restrictions prevent them.
One round is debited when LogLyn acknowledges your authorized, eligible RFQ. If fewer than two independent usable written supplier quotes are obtained within that scope, that one round is credited back once; the status and evidence sheet is still delivered. The credit restores a round, not cash, and does not create unlimited free work or a refund promise. The same monthly expiry applies; if work may close after the billing period, credit treatment must be agreed in writing before acknowledgment. Withdrawn or amended RFQs and changed customer scope are reviewed with you before further work or another debit.
Independent usable quotes and disputes
Usable means a written quote for the right part, at your quantity, with a lead time that meets the delivery date. The evidence must identify the supplier, exact NSN or approved part, quantity actually available or manufacturable, unit and total price with the correct unit of measure, acceptable delivery and quote validity. Source-approval, traceability and other restrictions must be clearly marked. Two copies of one offer, affiliated sources or one supplier quoting two alternatives do not count as two independent quotes.
If you dispute usability or a round debit, contact us with the RFQ and disputed evidence. We review it with you against the agreed scope and these criteria, provide the evidence and a written decision, and correct the allocation where appropriate. An unresolved outcome stays under review; it is not recorded as two usable quotes. Refund or proration requests are reviewed individually under these Terms and applicable law; a round credit is not an automatic subscription refund and does not limit mandatory rights.
Free lists and permitted data
Free lists are founder-reviewed and manually delivered; we do not promise an instant lookup, a one-hour response or a fixed morning delivery time. Recurring emails require separate opt-in, off by default; a one-time request does not enroll you. Reply to stop recurring emails. Public entity, solicitation and award data may be missing or delayed. Missing CAGE/UEI data is not proof that no business or opportunities exist. We show gaps and ask only for permitted business details. Do not provide government-system logins, controlled drawings, CUI, export-controlled files or other restricted material.
No outcome or payment guarantee
LogLyn prepares work from the records available within the agreed scope. It does not promise a government award, acceptance of a quote, payment, or any particular counterparty action. It does not determine supplier eligibility or certify technical compliance. Missing, conflicting, or unverified information may require a customer decision or additional records.
Professional and financial boundaries
LogLyn does not provide legal, contractual, accounting, tax, investment, or credit advice and does not make those decisions for customers. LogLyn is not a lender, factor, payment processor, debt collector, or custodian of funds. Customers should use qualified advisors for professional questions and remain responsible for pricing, supplier eligibility and counterparty decisions.
Data handling
Intake instructions state the handling terms for round files. Do not send operational records through the public website form. Current general information is available on the Data handling and Privacy Policy pages.
